Why a garment

Two signals nobody else can get.

Not a claim that wrist devices are inaccurate - they are fine at what they can reach. The point is what they cannot reach, and that is geometry, not engineering.

Torso thermal gradient

10 temperature sensors across the garment read heat zone by zone - left against right, upper against lower. One sensor gives you a number. Ten give you a picture.

Multi-segment spinal kinematics

3 IMUs along the spine track how each segment is oriented and loaded through a session. Posture is a chain, and the chain fails unevenly.

Ascendra One is in alpha. 7 hand-assembled units are with a development cohort right now, generating the data the production build is designed around. Pre-ordering puts you in the first manufactured run, not the prototype run.
